Fire safety services in Surrey

Surrey has a large number of office buildings and business parks, particularly around Guildford, Woking, Redhill and Reigate, many of them shared between several tenants. In a multi-occupied building the fire risk assessment has to be clear about who is responsible for what — each employer for their own space, and the landlord or managing agent for the shared parts.

The county's town centres add shops, restaurants and flats above them, and there are many schools, care homes and blocks of flats where people sleep or may need help to get out. We assess each building on its own terms and recommend proportionate measures.

Our fire risk assessments follow the PAS 79 methodology and come with an executive summary. Extinguishers are supplied and serviced to BS 5306, with a free ten-year maintenance cost forecast for new installations.
